Arrival Service in Ataturk Airport
- We will start with guest greeting by a CIP hostess as soon as they arrive
- Transfer to check - in procedures from the flight gateway is arranged by special vehicle in the terminal area.
- If necessary, visa arrangements are made with the help of a CIP hostess.
- Access procedures are arranged at the exclusive CIP Service Passport Counter.
- Client buggage is carried by a porter.
- Our CIP staff and porter assist our clients during their shopping at Duty Free.
- Our arrival service is considered finished when our clients meet their waiting companions.
Departure Service in Ataturk Airport
- Our guests are welcomed at the CIP Service entrance on the departure floor of the terminal area by a CIP hostess and a porter and they will help them with the baggage.
- Clients receive assistance through special CIP Service x-ray security.
- The CIP Hostess will help you with check-in arrangements; in case clients are travelling with contracted airlines, arrangements are carried out at the business class counter no matter what their flight class is.
- Access procedures are arranged at the special CIP Service passport counter.
- Our clients can shop at Duty-Free with the help of a hostess and porter and pay at the exclusive CIP Service cashier.
- Our clients are welcomed with a "Welcome Cocktail" at the lounge entrance and are provided an entertainment atmosphere at the Lounge until their departure.
- At the Lounge - where comfort is priority - clients are provided a wireless internet connection, even they are allowed to have a shower, and enjoy various amenities offered by service staff while doing something for fun.
- When their departure time comes clients are transferred by special vehicle up to the departure gate.
